क्रमांक 2237/245-W.- जबकि, हरियाणा सरकार में वर्णित भूमि। भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 2013 के तहत इस कार्यालय पत्र संख्या 864/245-डब्ल्यू दिनांक 21.01.2020 के तहत जारी की गई धारा 11(1) के तहत अधिसूचना को सरकार द्वारा आवष्यक घोषित किया गया है। गांव दीनोद तहसील तोषाम जिले में आरडी 15165-आर जुई फीडर पर आरडी 9600 से 20500 तक पहले ही डिनर माइन के निर्माण के लिए प्रस्तावित भूमि के सार्वजनिक खर्च पर। भिवानी (किलास के लिए छोड़ दिया गया)।

अब इसलिए, भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 2013 की शक्ति यू/एस 19 को प्रदान करने की कवायद में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल ने जिला राजस्व अधिकारी-सह-भूमि अधिग्रहण कलेक्टर, भिवानी (सिंचाई षाखा, भिवानी) को अधिग्रहण का आदेष देने का निर्देष दिया विनिर्देष में वर्णित भूमि अधिसूचना के साथ प्रकाषित घोषणा में संलग्न है।

तहसील भिवानी एक भूमि का टुकडा RD 9600 से RD 20500 = 10900 फीट व विभिन्न चौड़ाई में जो कि निम्नलिखित मुरबा, किल्ला व खसरा नं० में से गुजरती है जो कि नक्षा पर दर्षाई गयी है।

Declaration

The 24th February, 2021

No. 2237/245-W.— Whereas, the land described in Haryana Govt. notification under Section 11 (1) issued vide this office letter No. 894/245-W dated 21.01.2020 under land acquisition Act, 2013 has been declared to be needed by the Govt. at the public expenses for the land proposed to be acquired for already constructed Dinod Minor from RD 9600 to 20500 off-taking at RD 151650-R Jui Feeder in village Dinod, Tehsil Tosham, Distt. Bhiwani (for left over Killas).

Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred U/S 19 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Bhiwani (Irrigation Branch, Bhiwani) to take order for acquisition of land described in the specification appended to declaration published with the notification.
