The 9th March, 2021
No. 09/8/2020-3HFA.— Consequent upon transfer of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) from Urban Local Bodies Department to Department of Housing For All, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute new State Level Appraisal Committee (SLAC) for PMAY-U as under:-

The functions of State Level Appraisal Committee (SLAC) will be as under:-
i. Techno-economic appraisal of Housing For All Plan of Action (HFAPoA) and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) prepared and submitted by Implementing Agencies.
ii. SLAC will submit its appraisal reports with their comments and recommendations to the SLNA for taking approval of SLSMC.
iii. Any other issue required for effective implementation of the scheme.
