Corrigendum
The 15th March, 2021
No. 18/67/2020-3CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 (3) (ii) of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act 16 of 1994), Governor of Haryana vide Notification No. 18/67/2020-3C1, dated 19.03.2020 notified the members of Legislative Assembly comprising wholly or partly of concerned Municipal area as nominated members of such Municipal Corporation. However, the name of member of Legislative Assembly, Rai has been left inadvertently to be nominated as member of Municipal Corporation, Sonepat. So, the Governor of Haryana hereby notify the member of Legislative Assembly, Rai also as a nominated member of Municipal Corporation, Sonepat.
