संख्या 22/13/2020-3टी(1).- मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम, 59), की धारा 41 की उपधारा (6) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा भारत सरकार, भू-परिवहन मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली अधिसूचना संख्या 444 (ई0), दिनांक 12 जून, 1989 के प्रतिनिर्देष से तथा हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना सख्यां 22/13/2020-3टी(I), दिनांक 11 जनवरी, 2021 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार के किसी भी विभाग के स्वामित्वाधीन केवल आपातकालीन प्रतिक्रिया वाहनों हेतु नीचे दी गई सारणी के खाना 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट पंजीकरण प्राधिकारियों को पूर्वोक्त उपधारा (6) के प्रयोजन के लिए क्रमषः खाना 3 तथा 4 के नीचे अनुरूप प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट कोड संख्या तथा पंजीकरण चिह्न आबंटित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

Notification
The 16th March, 2021
No. 22/13/2020-3T(1).— In pursuance of the provisions of Sub-section (6) of Section 41 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) and with reference to the Government of India, Ministry of Surface Transport, New Delhi, notification No. 444(E), dated the 12th June, 1989 and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Transport Department, notification No. 22/13/2020-3T(I), dated 11th January, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots to the registering authorities specified under column 2 of the table given below, the code number and the registration marks specified in the corresponding entries under columns 3 and 4 respectively for assigning solely to the Emergency Response Vehicle owned by any Department of the State Government, Haryana for the purpose of the aforesaid Sub-section (6), namely:-
