The 19th March, 2021
No. 52/5/2021-5C1- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Local Government Department, Committees, notification No. 1495-5CI-74/32760, dated the 21st October,1974, the Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intention to include the area as specified in the schedule within the limits of Municipal Council, Fatehabad, District-Fatehabad.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government after the expiry of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, in writing which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department, Chandigarh through the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad, from any person in respect of this draft notification before the expiry of the period, so specified.
