हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (91) के हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) संख्या 09/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) साथ पठित धारा 4 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 30/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 को, उन बातों के सिवाए, सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 30/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 30/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 जिन्हें ऐसे विखण्डन से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, विखण्डित करते हैं। जिन्हें ऐसे विखण्डन से पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, विखण्डित करते हैं।

No. 09/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by
