Rule 3 In Rule 3, after the second para of Rule 3 and before the proviso to Rule 3, following Summons to Members

Rule 13(1) The word 'Chairperson' in the head note may be substituted with the word 'Chairpersons'.

In the fourth line of said Rule, the word 'Chairperson' may be substituted with the word 'Chairpersons'.
Rule 13(2) The word 'Chairperson' in the Second line of the said Sub Rule, may be substituted with the word 'Chairpersons'.
Rule 14 After the Rule 14, following provision may be added as a separate paragraph:
'The Chamber of the House shall not be used for any purpose other than the When is sitting of the Assembly duly constituted

Observance of order during Governor's Address
In the second last line of Rule 17 after the word, "House", the words, "and shall be referred to the Committee of Privileges" be added.
Rule 30(1) Rule 30(1) may be substituted as under-
On Thursday, last two hours shall be allotted for the transaction of Private Member's Arrangement of Private Member's Business

In the third and fourth line in the Proviso to Rule 30(1), in place of words 'on a Thursday' the sentence 'during the time allotted for the Private Member's Business on Thursday' be substituted.
After the proviso to Rule 30(1), another proviso may be added as under:-

Rule 33(1) After Rule 33(1), a proviso may be added as under:-

Notices by Members Rule 74 The time mentioned in the Rule 74 the figures and words '10.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M.' may be substituted with the figures and words '9.00 A.M. and 4.00 P.M.' respectively.
Quorum Rule 76 In the end of Rule 76, the sign (.) may be substituted with the sign (:)
After Rule 76, the following proviso may be added:-

Rule 221 After proviso to Rule 221(3), Rule 221 (4) may be added as under:

Rule 223(3). On the recommendations/observations of the Committee, the Department shall furnish quarterly progress report to the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat.
Rule 233 (2) The proviso of Rule 233 (2) may be omitted.

Ministers not to be members of the Committee
Rule 243(A) After the rule 243, the Rule 243(A) may be added as under:-

1. The Department of Government concerned with the recommendations made by Committee shall furnish within 30 days to the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat, Statement of final action taken by Government on the recommendations.
2. Where it is considered by any Department of Government that the final action is likely to take long time, it shall give an interim reply stating the position at that time, and the approximate time likely to be taken in taking the final action.
3. The statement of action taken shall be accompanied by a copy of the order, if any, issued by the Government to implement the recommendations of the Committee.
Rule 249(1) In the second line of Rule 249(1), the word 'eight' may be substituted with the word 'nine'.
Constitution of the Committee on Subordinate Legislation
Rule 249(3) In the third line of Rule 249(3), the word, "two" may be substituted with the word, "three".
Rule 256(A) After the Rule 256, the Rule 256 (A) may be added as under:
