No. 50/10/2021-5S(I)(A).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 and Section 105 of the Punjab Tenacny Act, 1887, the Govenor of Haryana hereby confers upon Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS powers of the Collector to hear appeals from the orders and decrees of Assistant Collector of the Ist and 2nd Grades under the aforesaid Acts within the limits of respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State.

No. 50/10/2021-5S(I)(B).— Under the provision of clause (c) of section 3 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers upon Ms. Suman Bhankar, HCS powers of Collector for the purpose of aforesaid Act within the limits of respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State.

No. 50/10/2021-5S(I)(C).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Punjab Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1952, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers upon Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS powers of Collector for the purpose of aforesaid Act within the limits of respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State. No. 50/10/2021-5S(I)(D).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Colonization of Government Lands (Punjab) Act, 1912 (Punjab Act 5 of 1912), Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS is appointed as a Collector to perform all the functions and exercise all the powers under section 17, 20, 24, 25, 26, 32, 33 and 34 over the lands to which the said act applied in respect of all state owned lands in the respective Sub Division under the management of the Public Works Department, Haryana with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State.

No. 50/10/2021-5S(I)(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of clause (9) of section 2 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS to perform the duties of a Collector under the said Act within the limits of the respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Suman Bhankhar, HCS, only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/ City Magistrate in Haryana State.
