संख्या 4(34)2021-ई0ए0(1).- हरियाणा सरकार, विधि तथा विधायी विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 4(34)2018 ई०ए०-(1), दिनांक 13 फरवरी, 2018 के अधिक्रमण में, तथा हरियाणा सरकार, पत्र क्रमांक 2/10/97-2जी०एस०I, दिनांक प्रथम जुलाई, 1997 तथ क्रामांक 2/10/1997-2जी०एस०I दिनांक 20 मई, 2010 द्वारा जारी अनुदेशोंं के साथ पठित अशा. क्रमांक 2/10/97-2जी०एस०I, दिनांक 26 जुलाई, 2005 द्वारा जारी हरियाणा सरकार के अनुदेशोेंं के अनुसरण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, विधि तथा विधायी विभाग, हरियाणा के ग्रुप 'क' तथा 'ख' अधिकारियों के पदोन्नति मामलों पर विचार करने के लिए निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को मिलाकर विभागीय पदोन्नति कमेटी का गठन करते हैंः-
1. विधि परामर्शी एवं प्रशासकीय सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, अध्यक्ष
विधि तथा विधायी विभाग।
2. ऑफिसर ऑन स्पेषल डयूटी,
सदस्य
विधि तथा विधायी विभाग, हरियाणा।
3. उप/अवर सचिव, स्थापना शाखा,
सदस्य सचिव विधि तथा विधायी विभाग, हरियाणा।
कमेटी की बैठक प्रत्येक कलैण्डर वर्ष की प्रथम तिमाही या जब कभी अपेक्षित हो, आयोजित की जाएगी और इस द्वारा वर्ष के दौरान होने वाली सम्भाव्य रिक्तियों के लिए पदोन्नति हेतु सभी पात्र व्यक्तियों की सूची तैयार की जाएगी तथा विधि परामर्शी एवं प्रशासकीय सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, विधि तथा विधायी विभाग द्वारा माननीय कार्यभारी मन्त्री/मुख्य मन्त्री, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, को विचारण के लिए भेजी जाएगी ताकि रिक्ति होने के बाद समय की किसी हानि के बिना पदोन्नति की जा सके।

Notification
The 27th April, 2021
No. 4(34)2021-EA(1).— In supersession of the Haryana Government, Law and Legislative Department Notification No. 4(34)2018-E.A(1), dated the 13th February, 2018 and in pursuance of the Haryana Government, instructions issued vide U.O.No.2/10/97-2GS-I, dated 26th July, 2005 read with instructions issued vide letter No. 2/10/97-2GS-I, dated 1st July, 1997 and No. 2/10/97-2GSI, dated 20th May, 2010, the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes the Departmental Promotion Committee for the Law and Legislative Department, Haryana consisting of the following members to consider the promotion cases of Group 'A' and 'B' officers:-
1. Legal Remembrancer and Administrative Secretary to Government, Chairperson Haryana, Law and Legislative Department.
2. Officer on Special Duty, Member
Law and Legislative Department, Haryana.
3. Deputy/ Under Secretary, Establishment Branch, Member Secretary Law and Legislative Department, Haryana.
The meeting of the committee shall be held within first quarter of each calendar year or as and when required and a list of all the eligible persons for promotion against vacancies likely to arise during the course of the year shall be prepared by it and shall be sent by Legal Remembrancer and Administrative Secretary to Government, Haryana, Law and Legislative Department, for consideration of Hon'ble Minister-in-Charge/Chief Minister, as the case may be, so that promotion can be made without any loss of time after a vacancy arises.
