संख्या 08/10/2021-आर-II.- हरियाणा संपत्ति विरूपण निवारण अधिनियम, 1989 (1990 का 11) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा, अधिसूचित करते हैं कि धारा 3 के अधीन परिवहन विभाग के नियन्त्रण में किसी भी संपत्ति के लिए महाप्रबन्धक या उन द्वारा किसी अन्य अधिकारी/अधिकारियों को एजेन्सी के उद्देष्यों के लिए प्राधिकृत किया जाता है।

Notification
The 20th May, 2021
No. 08/10/2021-R-II.— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Haryana Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1989 (11 of 1990), the Governor of Haryana hereby notifies the General Manager or any other Officer/Officers authorized by him in this behalf to be an agency for the purposes of Section 3 for any property under the control of the Transport Department.
