क्रमांक 22/46/2011-6स्था-1.— कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न (रोकथाम, निषेध और निवारण) नियम 2013 की धारा 4 (1) के अन्तर्गत हरियाणा सिविल सचिवालय के यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों की सुनवाई के लिए, महिलाओं को यौन उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ सरंक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए एक आन्तरिक शिकायत समिति के गठन हेतू निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को नामांकित किया गया है :-
1. डा0 सुमिता मिश्रा, भा. प्र. से. ः अध्यक्ष/ पीठासीन अधिकारी
2. श्री अनुराग अग्रवाल, भा. प्र. से. ः सदस्य
3. श्रीमती श्रुति जैन गोयल, उप महाधिवक्ता ः सदस्य
4. श्रीमती रषमी ग्रोवर, सयुंक्त सचिव ः सदस्य
2. उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के सन्दर्भ में आंतरिक शिकायत समिति को हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (दण्ड तथा अपील) नियम, 2016 के उद्देश्य अनुसार जांच अधिकारी समझा जाएगा। तत्पश्चात जांच रिपोर्ट अनुसार अनुशासनिक अधिकारी द्वारा नियमों के अनुसार रिपोर्ट पर कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
3. नियमानुसार आंतरिक शिकायत समिति, पीड़ित की शिकायत को समयबद्ध निवारण के लिए उत्तरदायी होगी। 4. आंतरिक शिकायत समिति के अध्यक्ष/ पीठासीन अधिकारी तथा प्रत्येक सदस्य अपनी नामांकित तिथि से तीन वर्ष से अधिक पद पर कार्य नहीं करेंगे।
5. आंतरिक शिकायत समिति के अध्यक्ष/ पीठासीन अधिकारी तथा प्रत्येक सदस्य को आंतरिक समिति की कार्यवाही आयोजित करने के लिए ऐसी फीस या भत्ते का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।

No. 22/46/2011-6Estt.-I.— In accordance with Section 4 (i) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the Internal Complaint Committee comprising of following members with a view to provide protection against Sexual Harassment to women at workplace and for hearing the complaints of Sexual Harassment of Haryana Civil Secretariat:-
1. Dr. Sumita Misra, IAS
: Chairperson/ Presiding Officer 2. Sh. Anurag Agarwal, IAS
: Member
3. Ms. Shurti Jain Goyal, Deputy Advocate General : Member
4. Mrs. Rashmi Grover, Joint Secretary
: Member
2. In terms of provisions of the aforesaid Act, the Internal Complaint Committee shall be deemed to be an inquiry authority for the purpose of "Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016" and the report of said Committee shall be deemed to be an inquiry report. Disciplinary authority shall act upon the report in accordance with the rules.
3. The internal Complaints Committee shall be responsible for redressal of the complaint made by the victim and ensure time bound treatment of the complaint as provided in the act.
4. The Presiding Officer and every Member of the "Internal Complaint Committee" shall hold office for such period not exceeding three years, from the date of his/ her nomination.
5. The Presiding Officer and every Member of the "Internal Complaint Committee" shall not be paid such fees or allowances for holding the proceedings of the Internal Committee.
