No. 3/2/2016-1H(C).— The Governor of Haryana is hereby granted ex-Post-facto approval to extend the term of Mr. Justice S.N. Jha (Retd.) Chairman and Mr. N.C. Padhi, IPS (Retd.) Member of the Commission of Inquiry, Jat Reservation Agitation for another period from 08.07.2020 to 30.04.2021 on the same terms & conditions which has earlier been constituted vide notification No. 3/2/2016-1H(C) Dated 08.04.2016.

This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department, Haryana conveyed vide their U.O. No. 01/21/2016-5FG-1/10794 (21) dated 25.05.2021.
