संख्या. 52/37/2021-5क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2) तथा धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4) तथा (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/15/2015-3क1, दिनांक 30 जुलाई, 2015 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन, इसके द्वारा निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 19 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, बरवाला की सीटें चक्रानुक्रम तथा लाट द्वारा उक्त नगर पालिका में निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः-

19 वार्डों में से, 08 वार्ड अर्थात्‌ वार्ड संख्या 01, 06, 07, 08, 15, 16, 18 तथा 19 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 06, 08 तथा 16 अनुसूचित जाति की महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, वार्ड संख्या 05 तथा 17 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 04, 11, 12 तथा 14 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 52/37/2021-5C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 9 and Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4) and (8) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 18/15/2015-3C1, dated 30th July, 2015 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, hereby allots by rotation and by lots of seats of Municipal Committee, Barwala amongst 19 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows :-

Out of 19 Wards, 08 Wards, Ward numbers 01, 06, 07, 08, 15, 16, 18 and 19 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes out of which Ward numbers 06, 08 and 16 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, Ward numbers 05 and 17 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and Ward numbers 04, 11, 12 and 14 shall be reserved for the Women.
