संख्या 3/33/2020-3एफ०एस०.— उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 2019 का केंद्रीय अधिनियम 35 की धारा 32 के खंड ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा हरियाणा सरकार खाद्‌य, नागरिक आपूर्ति तथा उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 3/33/2020-3एफ०एस० दिनांक 27.11.2020 के अधिक्रमण में हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, निम्नलिखित जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग के अध्यक्षों तथा सदस्यों की नियमित नियुक्ति होने तक उनके अपने कार्यों के अतिरिक्त नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 4 में वर्णित उन जिला आयोगों के अध्यक्षों अथवा सदस्यों, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने का निर्देष देते है, अर्थात्‌ः-

No. 3/33/2020-3FS.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 32 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Central Act, 35 of 2019) and in supersession of Haryana Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, notification No. 3/33/2020-3FS, dated the 27th November, 2020, the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the following Presidents and Members of the District Consumer Redressal Commissions to exercise the powers and discharge the functions as President or Members, as the case may be of the District Commission specified in column 4 of the Schedule given below in addition to their own duties till the regular appointment of new President or Member, as the case may be, namely:-
