No. 188 Rules/II.D4.— The entry at Sr. No. 7 and entry at Sr. No. 8 of Para 6-A, Chapter 18 of Volume-IV of High Court Rules and Orders is 'Substituted' with the insertion as per the decision of the Hon'ble Full Court dated 03-04-2019 in the following manner:-
7. "The purchase of software for use of Judicial Officers would be on the recommendation of relevant/concerned Committee as approved by Hon'ble the Chief Justice."
