संख्या का०आ० 30/पं०अ० XVII/1887/धा० 27/2021.- पंजाब भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का पंजाब अधिनियम XVII) की धारा 27 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राज्य में नगर निगमों के सभी उप नगर आयुक्तों, कार्यकारी अधिकारियों तथा क्षेत्रीय कराधान अधिकारियों को अपनी-अपनी अधिकारिता के भीतर हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 16) के अधीन नगरपालिका निकायों को भुगतानयोग्य कर, फीस तथा प्रभारों इत्यादि की भू-राजस्व के बकायों के रूप में वसूली करने के लिए सहायक कलक्टर ग्रेड-II की शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं। संजीव कौषल, वित्तायुक्त राजस्व एवं अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, राजस्व तथा आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग। 306 HARYANA GOVT. Notification

The 11th June, 2021

No. S.O. 30/P.A. XVII/1887/S. 27/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Punjab Act XVII of 1887), the Governor of Haryana hereby confers the powers of Assistant Collector 2nd Grade on all the Deputy Municipal Commissioners, Executive Officers and Zonal Taxation Officers of Municipal Corporations in the State of Haryana within their respective jurisdiction to recover the taxes, fees and charges etc., payable to the municipal bodies as arrears of land revenue under the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994).
