WELFARE OF SCHEDULED CASTES AND BACKWARD CLASSES DEPARTMENT

The 21st June, 2021

No. 270-SW(1)-2021.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to amend the Scheme of Legal Aid to Scheduled Castes /Vimukat Jatis and amend the rules called Legal Aid to Scheduled Castes (Punjab) Rules, 1960 published vide erstwhile Punjab Government Notification No. 13889-6WG1-60/3950, dated the 13th February, 1961, No. 2863- SW(4)-84 dated 10.08.1984, No. 1703-SW(4)-88, dated 19th May, 1988, No. 1835-SW(2)-2009, dated 29.09.2009, No. 170-SW(2)-2012, dated 22nd February, 2012 and No. 1242-SW(1)-2017, dated 08.12.2017 as amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In Rule 12(i) of the said Rules figure appearing at the end of list line of the sub rule Rs. 11,000/- shall be substituted as Rs. 22,000/-.

2. The other terms and conditions in the Scheme will remain unchanged.

3. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Department conveyed vide their U.O. No. 10/3/2002-4FG-II/2168 dated 28.04.2021.
