The examinations will take place in Saarthak Government Integrated Senior Secondary School, Sector-12 A, Panchkula. 1. Those who intend to appear in the examination should immediately apply to their Head of Department/Administrative Secretary as the case may be with particulars in the form below by the 15.07.2021, No direct application will be entertained by the Central Committee of Examinations.

Signature of Examinee 2. The intending examinees who are prevented from appearing in the examination for any reasons should give timely notice to the Secretary, Central Committee of Examinations of their inability to appear.
