संख्या 52/46/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2) तथा धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4) तथा (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/182/2014-3क1, दिनांक 27 अगस्त, 2014 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन, इसके द्वारा निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 13 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, नांगल चौधरी की सीटें चक्रानुक्रम तथा लाट द्वारा उक्त नगर पालिका में निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः-

13 वार्डों में से, 01 वार्ड, वार्ड संख्या 08 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होगा, वार्ड संख्या 12 तथा 13 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 01, 05, 06, 09 तथा 11 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।एस० एन० रॉय, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग। (1708) HARYANA GOVT. No. 52/46/2021-2CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 9 and Sub-sections (1), (2), (3), (4) and (8) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 18/182/2014-3C1, dated 27th August, 2014 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, hereby allots by rotation and by lots of seats of Municipal Committee, Nangal Chaudhary amongst 13 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows :-

Out of 13 wards, 01 wards, ward number 08 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, ward numbers 12 and 13 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and ward numbers 01, 05, 06, 09 and 11 shall be reserved for the Women.
