संख्या 1/20/2016-5पी०आर०(वि०वि०).- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन) नियम, 2016, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :- 1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (पुनरीक्षित वेतन) संषोधन नियम, 2021, कहे जा सकते हैं। (2) ये नियम प्रथम जनवरी, 2016 से लागू हुए समझे जाएंगे। 2. हरियाणा सिविल सेवा ( पुनरीक्षित वेतन ) नियम, 2016 में, अनुसूची क में, "पी०बी० 4 37400-67000" शीर्ष के नीचे, क्रम संख्या 14 तथा 15 में, अन्त में विद्यमान "215900" तथा "216300" अंकों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा।

No. 1/20/2016-5PR(FD).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Amendment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st January, 2016.
2. In the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 in Schedule 1, under head PB-4, 37400-67000, in serial numbers 14 and 15, the figures "215900" and "216300" existing at the end, shall be omitted.
