The 8th July, 2021
No. 7/9/2021-2TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018 (Haryana Act No. 9. of 2019), the Governor of Haryana appoints the 1st day of June, 2021 as the date on which Section 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
