संख्या 8/5/2021-4कII.— हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 87 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ग) के अधीन निहित शक्तियाें तथा ऐसा करने हेतु उनको समर्थ बनाने के लिए निमित उनमे निहित सभी अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, अधिसूचना संख्या 8/5/2021-4क II दिनांक 08 अप्रैल, 2021 के रूप में निरन्तर में आगे निर्देष देते है कि उक्त खंड के अधीन विनिर्दिष्ट किस्म की प्रत्येक लिखत के फरीदाबाद, नगर निगम की सीमाओं के भीतर स्थित अचल सम्पतियों के अन्तरण पर शुल्क नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग हरियाणा द्वारा जारी की गई अधिसूचना संख्या 7/8/2021-2 टी0सी0पी0 जो दिनांक 29 जून, 2021 से जो 1 प्रतिषत की दर से लागू होगा।
2. तदानुसार हरियाणा के राज्यपाल आगे यह भी निर्देष देते है कि अधिसूचना दिनांक 08 अप्रैल, 2021 में, उप खंड (1) के तुरन्त बाद 'नगर निगम गुरूग्राम के भीतर' शब्दों के बाद' तथा नगर निगम, फरीदाबाद की सीमाओं के भीतर' शब्द रखे जायेगें।
3. अधिसूचना दिनांक 08 अप्रैल, 2021 में यथा निर्दिष्ट शेष शर्तें उसी प्रकार से बरकरार रहेंगी।

Notification
The 15th July, 2021
No. 8/5/2021-4CII.— In exercise of the powers vested under clause (c) of Sub –section (1) of Section 87 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 and all other powers vested in him in this behalf enabling him to do so, the Governor of Haryana in continuation with the notification bearing No. 8/5/2021-4CII dated 8th April, 2021, is further pleased to direct that the duty on transfer of immovable properties situated within the limits of Municipal Corporation, Faridabad by way of every instruments of description specified under the said clause, shall be at the rate of 1 per centum w.e.f 29th of June 2021, i.e the date on which the notification bearing No. 7/8/2021-2TCP was issued by the Town & Country Planning Department.
2. Accordingly the Governor of Haryana is also pleased to direct that in the sub-clause (1) of the notification dated 08th April, 2021, immediately after the words "except within the limits of Municipal Corporation of Gurugram" the words " and within the limits of Municipal Corporation, Faridabad" may be added.
3. Rest of the conditions as indicated in the notification dated 08th April, 2021 shall be remain intact.
