हरियाणा सरकार परिवहन विभाग अधिसूचना दिनांक 6 अगस्त, 2021 संख्या 22/39/2021-3टी1.- हरियाणा मोटरयान नियम, 1993 को आगे संशोधन करने के लिए, नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का केंद्रीय अधिनियम 59), की धारा 96 की उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (xxxiii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बनाने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 212 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित, इसके द्वारा, उन सभी व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है। इसके द्वारा, नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र के प्रकाशन की तिथि से सात दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर नियमों के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों तथा सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हों, जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा, परिवहन विभाग, हरियाणा सिविल सचिवालय, चंडीगढ़ द्वारा, नियमों के प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाएं, विचार किया जाएगा।
प्रारूप नियम
1. ये नियम हरियाणा मोटर यान (संशोधन) नियम, 2021 कहे जा सकते है। 2. हरियाणा मोटर यान नियम, 1993 में, नियम 67क के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः- ''67क विभिन्न किस्म के परमिटों के अधीन विभिन्न किस्म के परिवहन वाहनोें के संचालन हेतु आयुः- हरियाणा राज्य के विभिन्न किस्म के परमिटों के अधीन विभिन्न किस्म के परिवहन वाहनों के संचालन के लिए आयु निम्नानुसार होगी :-

No. 22/39/2021-3T1.— The following draft of the rules further to amend the Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993, which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (xxxiii) of Sub-section (2) of Section 96 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), is hereby published as required by Sub-section (1) of Section 212 of the said Act for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby:–
Notice is hereby given that the draft of the rules shall be taken in consideration after the expiry of a period of seven days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Transport Department, Civil Secretariat, Haryana, Chandigarh, with respect to the draft of the rules, before the expiry of the period so specified.
Draft Rule
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
2. In the Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993, for rule 67A, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:– "67A. Age for operational various type of transport vehicles under various types of permit:– The age for operation of various type of transport vehicles under various type of permits in the State of Haryana, shall be as under :–
