संख्या13/15/2020-6टी(ा).- हरियाणा मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 24), की धारा 16 की हरियाणा मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 24), की धारा 16 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में पंजीकृत उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में पंजीकृत उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में पंजीकृत हन वाहनों (माल वाहनों को छोड़कर) को तीन मास अर्थात्, प्रथम अप्रैल, 2021 से 30 जून, 2021 तक की अवधि के लिए परिवहन वाहनों (माल वाहनों को छोड़कर) को तीन मास अर्थात्, प्रथम अप्रैल, 2021 से 30 जून, 2021 तक की अवधि के लिए हन वाहनों (माल वाहनों को छोड़कर) को तीन मास अर्थात्, प्रथम अप्रैल, 2021 से 30 जून, 2021 तक की अवधि के लिए मोटरयान कर के भुगतान के दायित्व से छूट प्रदान करते हैं। मोटरयान कर के भुगतान के दायित्व से छूट प्रदान करते हैं।
