संख्या सा०का०नि० 14/संवि०/अनु० 309/2021.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (कार्यकारी शाखा) नियम, 2008, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्् :-
1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (कार्यकारी शाखा) द्वितीय संशोधन नियम, 2021, कहे जा सकते हैं। (2) ये नियम 6 जनवरी, 2021 से लागू हुए समझे जाएंगे।
2. हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (कार्यकारी शाखा) नियम, 2008 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 21 में, "उच्च स्तर से" शब्द जहाँ कहीं भी आएं, का लोप कर दिया जाएगा।
3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 24 में, "उच्च स्तर से" शब्दों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा।

No. G.S.R 14/Const./Art.309/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules, 2008, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Second Amendment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the 6th January, 2021.
2. In the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules, 2008, (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 21, the words "by the higher standard" wherever occurring shall be omitted.
3. In the said rules, in rule 24, the words "by the higher standard" shall be omitted.
