संख्या 11/6/2006-2 श्रम.— भवन और अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार (नियोजन तथा सेवा षर्तें विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1996 (1996 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 27), की धारा 18 की उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि से हरियाणा भवन और अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड का गठन करते हैं, जिसमें अध्यक्ष सहित निम्नलिखित सदस्य सम्मिलित होंगे, अर्थात्‌ः- श्रम तथा रोजगार मन्त्री, हरियाणा अध्यक्ष राज्य सरकार के प्रतिनिधिः

5. श्रम आयुक्त एवं मुख्य निरीक्षक, भवन तथा अन्य सन्निर्माण निरीक्षण, हरियाणा बोर्ड का सचिव होते हुए बोर्ड के गैर- सरकारी सदस्यों के यात्रा बिलों के सम्बन्ध में नियन्त्रक अधिकारी होगा।

No. 11/6/2006-2 Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (3) of Section 18 of the Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (Central Act 27 of 1996), the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes the Haryana Building and Other construction Workers' Welfare Board, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, consisting of the following members including the Chairperson, namely:-

2. The Headquarter of the Board shall be at Panchkula, but the Chairperson can hold meetings at any other place.

3. The term of the Board shall be for five years.

4. The non-official members of the Board shall be entitled to Travelling Allowance / Daily Allowance as applicable to the Government Servant (Group-A), in accordance with the Travelling Allowance/ Daily Allowance Rules and instructions issued from time to time in this regard.

5. The Labour Commissioner cum Chief Inspector of Inspections, Haryana being Secretary of the Board shall be the Controlling Officer in respect of the Travelling Allowance Bills of the non-official members of the Board.
