संख्या 32/1/2011-4आई०बी०-1.— चूँकि, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 (1894 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 1), की धारा 6 के अधीन जारी की गई हरियाणा सरकार, उद्योग तथा वाणिज्य विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 32/1/2011-4आई0बी0-।, दिनांक 17 अगस्त, 2020 में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि, सरकार द्वारा, सार्वजनिक खर्च पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन अर्थात्‌ गांव कासन, कुकडौला, सहरावन, तहसील मानेसर तथा जिला गुरूग्राम में औद्योगिक आदर्ष नगर के विस्तार के लिए औद्योगिक, सार्वजनिक तथा अर्ध-सार्वजनिक उपयोग तथा अन्य लोक उपयोगिता के लिए अपेक्षित घोषित की गई है;

इसलिए, अब, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 (1894 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 1), की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी-एवं-भूमि अर्जन कलक्टर, गुरूग्राम को निर्देष देते हैं कि वे पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना के साथ प्रकाषित घोषणा से संलग्न विषिष्टियों में वर्णित भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेष लें।

The 23rd August, 2021

No. 32/1/2011-4IB-I.— Whereas the land specified in the Haryana Government, Industries and Commerce Department, notification No. 32/1/2011-4IB-I, dated the 17th August, 2020 issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894), has been declared to be needed by the Government, at public expense, for a public purpose, namely, for expansion of Industrial Modal Township being planned as an integrated complex for Industrial, Public and Semi Public uses and other public utilities in villages Kasan, Kukrola, Sehrawan, tahsil Manesar and district Gurugram;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894), the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Gurugram to take order for the acquisition of the land described in specifications appended to the declaration published with the aforesaid notification.
