क्रमांक 1131-कृषि.ाा-(1)-2021/7474.— कीटनाषी अधिनियम 1968 (1968 का अधिनियम 46) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों तथा इस निमित उन्हें समर्थ बनाने वाली सभी अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा सरकार कृषि विभाग अधिसूचना संख्या 1159-कृषि-ाा(1)-2015/12364 दिनांक 26-06-2015 का अधिक्रमण करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी अनुसूची के खाना 2 के नीचे यथावर्णित निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों और विभाग के ऐसे अधिकारियों जो कीटनाषी नियम, 1971 के नियम 26 के अधिन यथावर्णित योग्यताएं रखते हैं, सहित, जिन्हें उक्त पदों का अतिरिक्त कार्यभार सौंपा जाता है, उक्त अनुसूची के खाना 3 के नीचे प्रत्येक के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारिता के स्थानीय कार्यक्षेत्र की सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए कीटनाषी निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. 1131–Agri. II (I)-2021/7474.— In exercise of the posers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Insecticide Act, 1968 (Act 46 of 1968) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf and in supersession of the Haryana Government Agriculture Department Notification No. 1159-Agri-II (1)-2015/12364 dated the 26.06.2015 the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the following officers as mentioned under column 2 of the Schedule given below, including such officers of the department who are assigned additional charges of the said posts and who possess the qualifications as mentioned under rule-26 of the Insecticide Rules, 1971 within the limits of local area of jurisdiction specified against each under Column 3 of the said schedule, to be Insecticide Inspectors of for the purpose of said Act, namely
