Notification
The 24th August, 2021
No. SEC/2ME/2021/3394.— Whereas the State Election Commission, Haryana has issued programme for preparation of electoral rolls of 45 municipalities including the Municipal Council, Mandi Dabawali, district Sirsa vide Notification No. SEC/2ME/2021/1511, dated 30.06.2021, according to which final publication was to be done on 18.08.2021.
2. Now, the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa vide his memo No. 2-136-II/1409/A, dated 18.08.2021 has informed that final electoral roll of Municipal Council, Mandi Dabawali could not be published on 18.08.2021 due to road accident of concerned official. He has requested to extend the period of final publication of electoral rolls for one week.
3. Considering facts and circumstances of the case, it has been decided to revise the date of final publication of electoral rolls of Municipal Council, Mandi Dabawali, district Sirsa to 31.08.2021
4. The Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa shall give wide publicity of the above programme.
5. The remaining instructions issued earlier by notification No. SEC/2ME/2020/1511, dated 30.06.2021 shall remain unchanged.
