No. 25/3/2020-4IB-I.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute District Level Committees (DLCs) under the chairmanship of concerned Deputy Commissioner for "PM Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises Scheme (PMFME)". The Committee will consist of following members in each District: -

| 8. | One Block Development Officer | Member |
| 9. | District Lead Bank Manager | Member |
| 10. | Self Help Group/Farmer Producer Organisations (SHG/FPO) representatives | Member |
| 11. | Representative of NABARD | Member |
| 12. | District representative of SRLM | Member |
| 13. | CEO, Zila Parishad | Member |
| 14. | Any other persons nominated by Collector/Deputy Commissioner ** The District Collector/Deputy Commsisioner of the District may nominate Sarpanch of one Gram Panchayat, one Block Development Officer and one SHG/FPO representative. | Member |
2. The responsibilities of the DLC as defined in the scheme are as follows:
(i) Approvals of applications for loan and subsidy to individual micro enterprises.
(ii) Recommend applications for common infrastructures & groups to State Nodal Agency (SNA).
(iii) Monitor handholding support being rendered to micro enterprises by District Resource Persons (DRPs).
(iv) Monitor the progress of the Scheme through the portal and through effective dashboard monitoring.
(v) Ensure synergy with all relevant Institutions.
