Notification

No. 2/26/2021-1P.— In pursuance to the office Memorandum No. 20.9.2019 IPDS Dated 20.07.2021, Government of India, Ministry of Power has approved a Reforms-based and Results-linked, Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme. Subsequently in pursuance to the Section 7.4 of the operational guidelines to the ibid scheme issued by the Monitoring Committee vide No.REC/RDSS/21-22/18 dated 29.07.2021, the Government of Haryana is pleased to constitute Distribution Reform Committee DRC at State level to cover Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme.
2. The constitution of the committee shall be as under:-

| 2. | Addl. Chief Secretary (Power), Government of Haryana | Convener |
| 3. | Secretary (Finance), Government of Haryana | Member |
| 4. | Secretary (Land revenue) ), Government of Haryana | Member |
| 5. | Secretary (Forest & Environment), Member Government of Haryana | Member |
| 6. | Managing Director, HVPNL | Member |
| 7. | Managing Director, DHBVN | Member |
| 8. | Managing Director, UHBVN | Member |
(iii) Approve change in the mode of execution with the consent of the Nodal agency;
(iv) Monitor the implementation of the Action Plan; and
(v) Monitor physical and financial progress including quality of the projects.
4. The Committee is authorized to invite any special invitee for its meeting in pursuance of the objective outline above.
