संख्या 52/61/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा 10 की उप-धारा (ंं1), (2), (3) व (4) तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 3 के अन्तर्विष्ट उपबन्धों द्वारा प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा इस सम्बन्ध में जारी सभी पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, नगर परिषद, फतेहाबाद के आम चुनाव के प्रयोजन के लिए निर्वाचित होने वाले सदस्यों/वार्डाें की संख्या वर्ष, 2011 की जनगणना के आंकड़ों व बढ़े हुए क्षेत्र के मौके के सर्वे अनुसार नियत करते हैंः-

The 27th August, 2021

No. 52/61/2021-2C1.— In pursuance of the provisions contained in Sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act No. 24 of 1973) and Rule 3 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf by the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, the Governor of Haryana hereby fixes the number of members to be elected for Municipal Council, Fatehabad mentioned in the schedule given below for the purpose of general election in the light of Census figures of 2011 and on the basis of spot survey of extended area:-
