Notification
The 27th August, 2021
No. 2/2/2016-4I-B-II.— The State Government vide its order No. 2/2/2016-4I-B-II dated 25.07.2016 had issued "Grievance Redressal Mechanism for participating Bidders/Firms in the e-Procurement of the State".
The matter regarding the competencies for the finalisation of representation/grievance received from the bidders/firms as contained in order dated 25.07.2016 has been reconsidered by the State and it has been decided to insert Para-3 after Para-2 of the said order as under:-
"3. For ensuring natural justice in the Grievance Redressal Mechanism, the competencies for the finalisation of representation/grievance received from the bidders/firms will be as under:-
| Sr. No. | Value and type of procurement cases | Competent authority for consideration and finalization of representation/ grievance received in the referred procurement case |
| 1 | Procurement cases related to Goods/Stores, Services, Consultancy Services, Turnkey and all types of works valuing less than Rs.35 Lakhs | HOD of the concerned Govt. Department/Agency |
| 2 | Procurement cases related to Goods/Stores, Services, Consultancy Services, Turnkey and all types of works valuing more than Rs.35 Lakhs to up to Rs. 1 Crores | Administrative Secretary to Government Haryana of the concerned Government Department/Agency |
| 3 | Procurement cases related to Goods/Stores, Services, Consultancy Services, Turnkey and all types of works valuing more than Rs. 1 Crores | A Committee as under:- (i) Administrative Secretary to Government Haryana Industries & Commerce Department – Chairman (ii) Director General, Supplies & Disposals – Member (iii) HOD of the concerned Government Department/Agency – Member Secretary |
