संख्या 50/03/2017-5S(I).— हरियाणा भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का पंजाब अधिनियम 17) की धारा 27 तथा हरियाणा अभिधृति अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का पंजाब अधिनियम 16) की धारा 105 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, सामान्य प्रषासन विभाग (सेवाएं), अधिसूचना संख्या 50/48/92-एस(1) क, दिनांक 17 जून, 1994 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, सभी सहायक आयुक्तों तथा अतिरिक्त सहायक आयुक्तों, जिन्होंने विभागीय परीक्षा उतीर्ण कर ली हो और सहायक कलैक्टर ग्रेड 1 के रूप में दो गारा का कार्य करने का अनुभव रखते हों, को उक्त अधिनियमों के अधीन सहायक कलैक्टर ग्रेड-। तथा।। के आदेषों तथा डिक्रियों के विरूद्ध अपील सुनने के लिए कलैक्टर की शक्तियां प्रदान करते हैं, बषर्ते उन्हें राज्य सरकार द्वारा, प्रारम्भ में, प्रथम बार, विषेष आदेष, द्वारा व्यक्तिगत रूप में कलैक्टर की शक्तियाँ प्रत्यायोजित की गई हों। तथापि, उन द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में तैनाती के दौरान कलक्टर की शक्तियों का प्रयोग किया जाएगा,ः-

(क) उप मण्डल अधिकारी (नागरिक)ः

(ख) जिला विकास तथा पंचायत अधिकारीः

(ग) विषेष कलैक्टरः

(घ) नगराधीष।

No. 50/03/2017-5S(I).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Haryana Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Punjab Act of 1887) and section 105 of the Haryana Tenancy Act, 1887 (Punjab Act 16 of 1887) and in supersession of Haryana Government, General Administration Department (Services), notification No. 50/48/92-S(I)A, dated the 17th June, 1994, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers on all the Assistant Commissioners and Extra Assistant Commissioners, who have passed the departmental examination and have attained the experience of working for a period of two months as Assistant Collector, Grade-I, the powers of the Collector to hear appeals from the orders and decrees of Assistant Collector of the 1st and 2nd Grades under the said Acts provides they were first time (in the beginning) delegated the powers of the Collector by the State Government individually by a specific order. The power of the Collector shall, however, be exercised by them while posted as:-

(a) Sub Divisional Officer (Civil)

(b) District Development and Panchayat Officer

(d) City Magistrate
