संख्या 30/28/2020-5एच०बी०-III.— औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम, 1940 (1940 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम, 23), धारा 20 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा षक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, श्रीमती पूनम चौधरी, वरिष्ठ राजकीय विष्लेषक, राज्य औषधि प्रयोगषाला, हरियाणा, सैक्टर-11डी०, चण्डीगढ़ को उनके अपने वेतनमान में, निम्नलिखित के संबंध में सम्पूर्ण हरियाणा राज्य के लिए राजकीय विष्लेषक के रुप में नियुक्त करते हैं; अर्थात्‌ :-

1. सीरा और वैक्सीन को छोड़कर पेटेंट या साम्पािक औषधियाें सहित, औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1945, की अनुसूची ग तथा ग(1) में विनिर्दिष्ट सभी जैविक तथा अन्य विषेष उत्पाद।

2. पेटेंट या साम्पािक औषधियाें सहित, औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1945, की अनुसूची ग तथा ग(1) में विनिर्दिष्ट जैविक तथा अन्य विषेष उत्पाद से अन्यथा औषधि।

3. औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1945 में यथा निर्दिष्ट प्रसाधन सामग्री।

The 13th September, 2021

No. 30/28/2020-5HB-III.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Central Act 23 of 1940), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoint Smt. Poonam Chaudhary, Senior Government Analyst, State Drug Laboratory, Haryana, Sector-11D, Chandigarh to be Government Analyst (in their own pay scale), for the whole of the State of Haryana, in respect of the followings as mentioned below namely:–

1. All biological and other special products including patent or proprietary medicines specified in Schedule C and C(1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, except Sera and Vaccines.

2. Drugs other than biological and special products specified in Schedules C and C(1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, including patent or proprietary medicine.

3. Cosmetics as mentioned under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
