दिनांक 4 अक्तूबर, 2021
संख्या 1/13/2018-1पी०पी०.— हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, क्रमांक संख्या 1/13/2018-1पी०पी०, दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर, 2018 द्वारा जारी हरियाणा फिल्म नीति में, राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाषन की तिथि से निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते है, अर्थात्ः-
(i) 'हरियाणा फिल्म सैल (एच०एफ०सी०) की स्थापना, शीर्ष के नीचे, 'हरियाणा फिल्म सैल' शब्दों के स्थान पर, हरियाणा फिल्म प्रचार बोर्ड (मण्डल)' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
(ii) 'हरियाणा फिल्म सैल (एच०एफ०सी०) की स्थापना' शीर्ष के नीचे, 'उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति' शब्दों के स्थान पर, 'संचालन परिषद' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
(iii) 'हरियाणा फिल्म सैल (एच०एफ०सी) की स्थापना, शीर्ष के नीचे, प्रथम पैरा में, निम्नलिखित शब्द जोडे़ जाएंगे, अर्थात्ः-
''प्रषासकीय सचिव, सूचना, जन संम्पर्क तथा भाषा विभाग, हरियाणा फिल्म नीति' में, कोई परिवर्तन/संषोधन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत होगा''। PART-I] HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., OCT. 12, 2021 (ASVN. 20, 1943 SAKA) 837 (iv) 'हरियाणा फिल्म सैल (एच०एफ०सी०) की स्थापना' शीर्ष के नीचे, 'उच्चाधिकार प्राप्त समिति, उप शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान सारणी प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
| 1. | मनोनीत सदस्य (प्रसिद्ध फिल्म विषेषज्ञ)। | अध्यक्ष |
| 2. | प्रशासकीय सचिव, सूचना, जन संम्पर्क तथा भाषा विभाग। | उपाध्यक्ष |
| 3. | प्रशासकीय सचिव, पर्यटन विभाग, हरियाणा | सदस्य |
| 4. | प्रशासकीय सचिव, कला एवं संस्कृति मामले विभाग, हरियाणा। | सदस्य |
| 5. | महानिदेशक, सूचना, जन संम्पर्क तथा भाषा विभाग, हरियाणा। | सदस्य सचिव |
| 6. | कुलपति, प्रदर्षन तथा दृष्य कला राज्य विष्वविद्यालय, रोहतक। | सदस्य |

No.1/13/2018-1PP.—The Governor of Haryana is pleased to make the following amendments in Haryana Film Policy, issued vide No. 1/13/2018-1PP dated 17th October, 2018, from the date of its publication in the official gazette of Haryana:-
(i) Under the heading "Setting up of Haryana Film Cell (HFC) for the words "Haryana Film Cell" the words "Haryana Film Promotion Board" shall be substituted.
(ii) Under the heading "Setting up of Haryana Film Cell (HFC)" for the words "Haryana Powered Committee" the words shall be "Governing Council"
(iii) Under the heading "Setting up of Haryana Film Cell (HFC)" the following words shall be added in the opening Para, namely:-
"The Administrative Secretary of Information, Public Relations and Languages Department will
be authorized to make any change/amendment in the Haryana Film Policy".
(iv) Under the heading "Setting up of Haryana Film Cell (HFC)", under sub-heading "High Power
