The 11th October, 2021

No. 1/51/2021-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2021 (Haryana Act No. 23 of 2021), the Governor of Haryana appoints the 9th day of September, 2021 as the date on which Section 15 of the said Act shall come into force.
