संख्या सा०का०नि० 21/संवि०/अनु० 309/2021.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, पंजाब जेल विभाग राज्य सेवा (श्रेणी III-कार्यकारी) नियम, 1963, हरियाणा राज्यार्थ, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :- 1. ये नियम पंजाब जेल विभाग राज्य सेवा (श्रेणी III-कार्यकारी) हरियाणा संषाेंधन नियम, 2021, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. पंजाब जेल विभाग राज्य सेवा (श्रेणी III-कार्यकारी) नियम, 1963 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 15 में,-
(ंi) उप-नियम (1) में, "पंजाब सिविल सेवा (दण्ड तथा अपील) नियम, 1952" षब्दों, कोष्ठकों, चिह्न तथा अंकों के स्थान पर, "हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (दण्ड तथा अपील) नियम, 2016" शब्द, कोष्ठक, चिह्न तथा अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे; तथा
(ंii) उप-नियम (2) में, "पंजाब सिविल सेवा (दण्ड तथा अपील) नियम, 1952 के नियम 10 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (ग) तथा (घ)'' षब्दों, कोष्ठकों, चिह्न तथा अंकों के स्थान पर, "हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (दण्ड तथा अपील) नियम, 2016 के नियम 9 के खण्ड (ग) तथा (घ)'' शब्द, कोष्ठक, चिह्न तथा अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
3. उक्त नियमों में, परिषिष्ट क में;
(क) ''अनुभाग-I पर्यवेक्षी कार्यकारी अमला'' शीर्ष के नीचे, खाना 6 के नीचे, मद (ख) के सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः-
''(i) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय से किसी संकाय में स्नातक उपाधि या इसके समकक्ष;
तथा
(ंii) मैट्रिक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत।''।

No. G.S.R. 21/Const./Art. 309/2021.― In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Punjab Jails Department State Service (Class III-Executive) Rules, 1963, in their application to the State of Haryana, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Jails Department State Service (Class III-Executive) Haryana Amendment Rules, 2021.
2. In the Punjab Jails Department State Services (Class III-Executive) Rules, 1963 (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule15,-
(i) In sub-rule (1), for the words, brackets, sign and figures "Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and appeal) Rules, 1952", the words, brackets, sign and figures "Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and appeal) Rules, 2016" shall be substituted ; and
(ii) In sub-rule (2), for the words, brackets, sign and figures " clauses (c) and (d) of sub-rule (1) of rule 10 of the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1952", the words, brackets, sign and figures "clauses (c) and (d) of rule 9 of the Haryana Civil Services (Punishment and appeal) Rules, 2016" shall be substituted .
3. In the said rules, in Appendix A,-
(a) Under heading "SECTION I SUPERVISORY EXECUTIVE STAFF" , under column 6, against item (b), "(i) Bachelor degree in any stream from any recognized university or its equivalent; and (ii) Hind or Sanskrit as a one subject in Matric or Higher Education.".
