Notification

To be substituted bearing same no. and date

No. 28/01/2006-3GSII.— It is hereby notified that 30th October, 2021 (Saturday) has been fixed by the Election Commission of India as day of poll for Bye-Election in 46-Ellenabad Assembly Constituency. Therefore, it has been decided by the Government that Saturday, the 30th of October, 2021 shall be observed as a public holiday under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in the offices of all Departments/Boards/Corporations/ Educational Institutions under the Haryana Government and in all the factories, commercial establishment, shops etc. falling within the jurisdiction of 46-Ellenabad Assembly Constituency to enable the employees of Government offices and workers of the various factories, commercial establishments etc. to cast their votes.
