The 14th October, 2021
No. 56/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.08/ GST-2, dated the 22nd March, 2021, namely:-

In Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.08/GST-2, dated the 22nd March, 2021, in the first paragraph, after the words "hereby notifies that the provisions of", the words, brackets, figure and letter "sub-section (6A) or" shall be inserted.
