क्रमांक 52/69/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-9 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, लाडवा, जिला- कुरुक्षेत्र के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव उन व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जिनको इससेे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, हरियाणा, पंचकूला द्वारा उपायुक्त, कुरुक्षेत्र के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार की विनिर्दिष्ठ अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जायें, विचार करेगी।

सीमाओं की अनुसूची वार्ड नं0 01ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'ए' से राक्षी नदी के पुल से गुजरते हुए पूर्व दिशा में बबैन चौक पर धर्मपाल की जूतों की दुकान तक, तत्पश्चात धर्मपाल की जूतों की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा में सुरजीत ढाबा तक, तत्पश्चात सुरजीत ढाबा से पश्चिम दिशा में कुरुक्षेत्र रोड पर बिंदु 'आई' तक, जोकि नगरपालिका की सीमा पर स्थित है, तत्पश्चात बिंदु 'आई' से उत्तर दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए बिंदु 'ए' तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नं0 02ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'बी' जोकि नगरपालिका की सीमा पर स्थित है, से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में सरकारी विश्राम गृह तक, तत्पश्चात सरकारी विश्राम गृह से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में तहसील रोड पर चलते हुए सनी कार शॉप तक, तत्पश्चात सनी कार शॉप से पश्चिम दिशा में मिगलानी स्वीट्‌स तक, तत्पश्चात मिगलानी स्वीट्‌स से दक्षिण दिशा में सौरब चोपड़ा के घर तक, तत्पश्चात सौरब चोपड़ा के घर से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में प्रहलाद चंद शर्मा के घर तक, तत्पश्चात प्रहलाद चंद शर्मा के घर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में चलते हुए राजकुमार इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स तक, तत्पश्चात राजकुमार इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में अजंता रेफ्रीजरेटरस तक, तत्पश्चात अजंता रेफ्रीजरेटरस से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में इंडियन बैंक तक, तत्पश्चात इंडियन बैंक से पश्चिम दिशा में रंजन गिफ्ट गैलरी तक, तत्पश्चात रंजन गिफ्ट गैलरी से शाहबाद रोड पर उत्तर दिशा में अटल सेवा केंद्र तक जोकि बबैन चौक पर स्थित है, अटल सेवा केंद्र से पश्चिम दिशा में बिंदु 'ए' तक जोकि नगरपालिका की सीमा पर स्थित है, तत्पश्चात बिंदु 'ए' से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए बिंदु 'बी' तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नं0 03ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'सी' जोकि नगरपालिका की सीमा पर स्थित है, से दक्षिण दिशा में धन सिंह के घर तक, तत्पश्चात धन सिंह के घर से पूर्व दिशा में रोमी के खेत तक, तत्पश्चात रोमी के खेत से दक्षिण दिशा में सुनीता के घर तक, तत्पश्चात सुनीता के घर से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में विराज गार्डन तक, तत्पश्चात विराज गार्डन से दक्षिण दिशा में पंकज किराना स्टोर तक, तत्पश्चात पंकज किराना स्टोर से पश्चिम दिशा में एस.पी.आर. इरीगेशन सेंटर तक, तत्पश्चात एस.पी.आर. इरीगेशन

No. 52/69/2021-2C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Ladwa, District–Kurukshetra for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of period of 10 days from the date of publication of this order in the official gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Panchkula through Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra from any person in respect of the proposal before the expiry of the period so specified.

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
