क्रमांक 52/70/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 9 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर परिषद, थानेसर, जिला-कुरूक्षेत्र के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेशक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय हरियाणा, पंचकूला द्वारा उपायुक्त, कुरूक्षेत्र के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार की विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जायें, विचार करेगी।

सीमाओं की अनुसूची वार्ड नं0 01ः- जो सड़क छोटा बाजार से आचार वाली गली की तरफ जाती है उस पर सोमनाथ गाबा करियाना स्टोर से पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए यशपाल के मकान तक, उसके बाद उतर पश्चिम में गउशाला बाजार प्यारे लाल के मकान तक उसके बाद उतर की ओर शेख चिल्ली मकबरे के सामने तक उसके बाद उतर में स्थाणेश्वर महादेव मन्दिर तक जोकि पालिका सीमा है, उसके बाद पूर्व में पालिका गुरूद्वारे की सीध तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण में गुरूद्वारे तक, उसके बाद पूर्व में झांसा रोड तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण में भद्रकाली चौंक तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण की तरफ सुमित आटो रिपेयर तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण में जीत सिंह के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व में शरद मास्टर के मकान तक, फिर दक्षिण में कृष्ण लाल के मकान तक, उसके बाद पश्चिम में कृष्ण लाल के मकान तक, फिर पश्चिम में सोहन लाल के मकान तक, फिर पश्चिम दक्षिण में फकीर चन्द के मकान तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण पूर्व में सोमनाथ गाबा करियाना स्टोर तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

No. 52/70/2021-2C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule 9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notification issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Council, Thanesar, District – Kurukshetra for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
