No. 12/20/2021-2PH.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed by the Government at Public expenses, for a public purpose i.e. "augmentation of drinking water supply scheme in 80 villages of Firozepur Jhirka and Nagina Block, construction of Ranney Well in Yamuna Plain at village Atba" and it is necessary to acquire the rights of the land for laying of underground pipeline.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Haryana Underground pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2008 (31 of 2008), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user over the land described in the specifications below.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the officer (DRO) for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen, to enter upon and survey the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section of the Act.

Any person interested in the land described below, who has any objection regarding the acquisition of the right of user for laying of underground pipeline, may, within a period of twenty-one days from the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or in two daily news papers circulating in the locality or publicity in the locality, whichever is later, file objections, if any, in writing before the District Revenue Officer, Palwal.

The Plans of the land and other details may be inspected in the offices of the District Revenue Officer- cum- Land Acquisition Collector, Palwal and Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division No.1 Nuh on any working day.
