दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर, 2021
संख्या 3/33/2020-3FS.— उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 2019 का केंद्रीय अधिनियम 35 की धारा 32 के खण्ड ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, खा़द्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति तथा उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 3/33/2020-3एफ0एस0, दिनांक प्रथम जून, 2021 में आंषिक संषोधन करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, निम्नलिखित जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोगों के अध्यक्षों तथा सदस्यों को नये अध्यक्ष अथवा सदस्य जैसी भी स्थिति हो की नियमित नियुक्ति होने तक उनके अपने कार्यों के अतिरिक्ति नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट जिला आयोग के अध्यक्षं अथवा सदस्य, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, के रूप में शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने का निर्देष देते है, अर्थात्ः-

No. 3/33/2020-3FS.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 32 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Central Act, 35 of 2019), and in partial modification of Haryana, Government, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, notification No. 3/33/2020-3FS, dated the 1st june, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the following Presidents and Members of the District Consumer Redressal Commissions to exercise the powers and discharge the functions as President or Member, as the case may be, of the District Commission specified in Column 4 of the Schedule given below in addition to their own duty till the regular appointment of new President or Member, as the case may be, namely:-
