क्रमांक 52/56/2021-2क1.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 52/56/2021-2क1, दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 2021 के सन्दर्भ में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में सभी जारी आदेशों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, असन्ध, जिला - करनाल के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्न अनुसार प्रकाशित करते है :-
सीमाओं की अनुसूची वार्ड नं0 01ः- कैथल रोड बाईपास (ढोल चौंक) से आरम्भ होकर उत्तर-पूर्व दिषा में बाईपास रोड से होते हुए बाल्मिकी मन्दिर की गली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात बाल्मिकी मन्दिर से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ जाते हुए तालाब तक, तत्पष्चात तालाब से पूर्व दिषा की तरफ जाते हुऐ कष्यप चौपाल तक, तत्पष्चात कष्यप चौपाल से उत्तर-पूर्व दिषा में जाते हुए दादा खेड़ा गेट तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर दादा खेडे वाली गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुऐ हरिजन चौपाल के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात हरिजन चौपाल संगम से दाई ओर मुडकर गुुरूदेव पुत्र हवा सिंह के मकान के साथ-साथ जाते हुऐ मानसिंह की चक्की के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात दांई ओर मुड़कर जीत पुत्र निहालाराम के साथ-साथ षुरू होकर बाल्मिकी बस्ती के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात बाल्मिकी चौपाल से दाई ओर मुड़कर गली के साथ-साथ बलवान पुत्र सरूप के मकान से दाई ओर मुड़कर जाते हुए प्राईमरी स्कुल तक, तत्पष्चात राकेष पुत्र रूला राम (प्राईमरी स्कुल) गली के दाई ओर मुड़कर साथ जाते हुए संतरो पत्नी रघुबीर सिंह के मकान से गली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर राजकुमार पुत्र मामुराम बाल्मिकी मोहल्ला से षुरू होकर गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए कैथल रोड बाईपास (ढोल चौंक) तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 02ः- दादा खेड़ा थोरगिरी से आरम्भ होकर उत्तर पष्चिम की दिषा में जाते हुऐ उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुुए झीमराें वाली गली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए गली पुराना गुरूद्वारा के बिन्दु तक, तत्पष्चात कृष्ण नाईं के मकान के साथ-साथ पष्चिम दिषा में जाते हुए बाई ओर मुड़कर पीर वाली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात उक्त गली के साथ जाते हुए गली बाल्मिकी के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात मानसिंह की चक्की से दाई ओर मुडकर रघुबीर पुत्र जगनराम के मकान से आरंभ होकर बुढ़ी माता वाली गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए दुन्दी राम के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात से मुड़कर नाथी की चक्की तक, तत्पष्चात नाथी की चक्की से होते हुऐ डा० बन्सी लाल के साथ-साथ हरिजन चौपाल के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात संगम से होते हुये दादा खेड़ा तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 03ः- अमरीक सिंह पुत्र मन्सा सिंह के मकान से आरम्भ होकर दक्षिण दिषा में पुराना गुरूद्वारा मोहल्ला की गली तक, मुड़कर रामा बनिया के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व दिषा में जाते हुए सुनारो वाली गली, लाल चन्द पुत्र अन्तराम के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए षिव मन्दिर के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर गली होली चौंक तक, भाटोंं वाली चौपाल के साथ-साथ जाते हुए ओमप्रकाष पुत्र ताराचन्द के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुडकर भाटों वाली चौपाल तक, तत्पष्चात बाई ओर मुडकर उक्त गली के साथ जाते हुए गली पुराना गुरूद्वारा के सामने के बिन्दु तक,

वार्ड नं0 04ः- गली दादा खेड़ा गेट व कैथल बाईपास रोड के संगम से आरम्भ होकर तथा पूर्व दिषा मेंं उक्त कैथल बाईपास रोेड से जाते हुए पण्डित सोहन लाल बस्सी वाले की दुकान तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर दक्षिण दिषा में उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए प्रेम चन्द पुत्र कस्तुरी लाल के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात बाई ओर मुड़कर उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुये जयभगवान पुत्र बुन्दीराम भाट के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर ओमप्रकाष पुत्र बलवन्त राम के मकान के साथ-साथ आटा चक्की तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर उक्त गली के साथ जाते हुए ईष्वर दास पुत्र कलीराम के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए दादा खेड़ा वाली गली व कैथल बाईपास रोड़ के संगम तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 05ः- कैथल बाईपास रोड व पण्डित आटा चक्की की दुकान से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की दिषा में उक्त रोड के साथ-साथ जाते हुये नानकपूरा चौंक तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में दाई ओर मुड़कर करनाल रोड़ के डाकखाने वाली गली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुडकर थाने वाली गली के साथ-साथ डी.एस.पी. ऑफिस वाली गली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए जितेन्द्र चौपड़ा के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए रोहताष पुत्र रामकरण नजदीक गणेष मन्दिर के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात बाई ओर मुड़कर उक्त गली के साथ जाते हुये प्रेमचन्द पुत्र कस्तुरी (षिमला बस्ती) के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर उक्त गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए पण्डित आटा चक्की बस्सी वाले की दुकान व कैथल बाईपास रोड़ के संगम तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 06ः- इन्द्रा कालोनी बाईपास रोड से आरम्भ होकर दाई ओर पष्चिम-उत्तर दिषा में मुड़कर मन्नत पैलेस कैथल रोड से होते हुए दाई ओर मुड़कर उत्तर दिषा में न्यू बाईपास रोड़ से राहड़ा रोड संगम तक, तत्पष्चात राहड़ा रोड से बाई ओर नैषनल स्कुल से मुड़कर डेरा स्वर्ण सिंह पण्डोरिया से दाई ओर मुड़कर डेरा गामा रोड कबीर बस्ती के साथ-साथ होते हुऐ ओल्ड बाईपास रोड संगम तक, तत्पष्चात ओल्ड बाईपास रोड जीवन चानना कालेज के साथ जाते हुए इन्द्रा कालोनी बाईपास रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 07ः- पुराने बाईपास से आरम्भ होकर उत्तर दिषा में डेरा गामा रोड पर जाते हुये कबीर बस्ती के साथ-साथ न्यू एम.सी. लिमिट तक, तत्पष्चात दाई ओर मुड़कर न्यू एम.सी. लिमिट के साथ-साथ डेरा गुरूप्रताप सिंह तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में मुड़कर करनाल रोड तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व-दक्षिण दिषा में मुड़कर करनाल रोड ़से नई अनाज मन्डी तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण-पष्चिम दिषा में मुड़कर रत्तक रोड से नानकपुरा चौंक के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात नानकपुरा चौंक से पष्चिम दिषा में षिव कालोनी के साथ-साथ पुराने बाई पास रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 08 :- रत्तक रोड़़ (नानकपूरा चौंक) से आरम्भ होकर नई अनाज मन्ड़ी गेट तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण-पूर्व दिषा में जाते हुए न्यु एम.सी. लिमिट के अंत तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में जाते हुये एल.पी.जी. गोदाम तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में जाते हुये पावर हाउस के साथ-साथ जयपुर होस्पिटल वाली गली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में मुड़कर जयपुर होस्पिटल के साथ-साथ बी.डी.पी.ओ. आफिस तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में मु़ड़कर रत्तक तक रोड (नानकपूरा चौंक)़ तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 09 ः- नानकपूरा चौंक से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा में बी.डी.पी.ओ. आफिस वाली गली में जाते हुये बी.डी.पी.ओ. आफिस तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में हाई स्कुल प्ले ग्राउण्ड के साथ-साथ जाते हुए सालवन रोड को पार करके षमषान घाट वाली गली के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में जाते हुए श्रीराम के आरा तक, तत्पष्चात श्रीराम आरा से पषुओं के हस्पताल तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में जाते हुये करनाल रोड के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा मेें एक्स. एम.एल.ए जिले राम षर्मा की कोठी के साथ-साथ जाते हुये सालवन चौंक तक, तत्पष्चात सालवन चौंक से उत्तर दिषा मेंं जाते हुए नये म्युनिसिपल कमेटी आफिस के साथ-साथ जाते हुये नानकपुरा चौंक तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 10 ः- करनाल रोड़ व डाकखाने वाली गली के संगम से आरम्भ होकर दक्षिण दिषा में जाते हुये दाये मुड़कर डा० सिंगला वाली गली तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में कब्र चौंक से होते हुये सनातम धर्म मन्दिर के सामने से होते हुए ओमप्रकाष पुत्र ताराचन्द के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में भाट चौपाल के साथ-साथ होते हुये होली चौंक तक, तत्पष्चात होली चौंक से पूर्व दिषा में पीपल चौंक तक, पीपल चौंक से मान की चक्की तक, तत्पष्चात मान की चक्की सें दाई ओर मुडकर षिव मन्दिर से होते हुये पुलिस थाना तक, तत्पष्चात पुलिस थाना से पूर्व दिषा में डाकखाने वाली गली से करनाल रोड तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 11ः- विनोद प्रजापत के मकान से आरम्भ होकर दक्षिण दिषा में जाते हुये गैस ऐजैन्सी तक, तत्पष्चात गैस ऐजैन्सी से पष्चिम दिषा में जाते हुये गुप्ता मैडिकल स्टोर तक, तत्पष्चात गुप्ता मैडिकल स्टोर से उत्तर दिषा में जाते हुये गुरू अर्जन देव वाली गली के बिन्दु तक, तत्पष्चात गुरू अर्जन देव वाली गली के बिन्दु से षमषेर सिंह के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात षमषेर सिंह के मकान से राम की चक्की तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में जाते हुये फुला बाल्मिकी से पीर तक, तत्पष्चात पीर से पूर्व दिषा में जाते हुये भूपिन्दर मिस्त्री के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में जाते हुये नाई वाली गली होते हुये पुराना गुरूद्वारा तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में रामा बनिया के मकान से होते हुये भाट चौपाल तक, चौपाल से विनोद प्रजापत के मकान तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।HARYANA GOVT. वार्ड नं0 14ः- सफीदाेंं रोड पर महिन्द्र साईकिल वाली गली से आरम्भ होकर रामगढ़िया धर्मषाला के साथ-साथ राजु पाहवा के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात बाईपास रोड से न्यू पुर्वी म्युनिसिपल सीमा मलिकपुर रोड तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में मलिकपुर रोड से जिन्दल कालोनी के अंत तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा मेें जिन्दल कालोनी से अपना होटल तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में सफीदों रोड पर मिलन पैलेस के अंत तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में सफीदांें रोड पर चलते हुये बाईपास रोड को पार करते बस स्टैंड से 10 मीटर आगे चलते हुए पष्चिम दिषा की ओर मुडकर पूर्व एम.सी. अमित भारद्ववाज वाली गली के साथ-साथ जाते हुए अजीत सिंह पुत्र लच्छमन सिंह के मकान के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में मुडकर हरभजन सिंह मजहबी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व दिषा में मुडकर सफीदाें रोड के संगम तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में मुडकर महिन्द्र साईकिल वाली गली तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 15ः- बालाजी मन्दिर से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये वाईस प्रधान संदेष जिन्दल के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा सफीदांें रोड के साथ-साथ चलते हुये बाईपास को पार करके राधा स्वामी सतसंग भवन से होते हुये कुम्हार बस्ती तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में डेरा बलबीर सिंह तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में एस.टी.पी. प्लांट से होते हुये उत्तर दिषा में डेरा गुरचरण सिंह के साथ-साथ बाईपास को पार करके मनजीत के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में कुलबीर के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में इकबाल सिंह व विनोद तनेजा के मकान के साथ-साथ बालाजी मन्दिर तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 16ः- राम की चक्की से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये टहल सिंह की दुकान तक, तत्पष्चात टहल सिंह की दुकान से होते हुये चठी के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात चठी के मकान से पप्पु चीका के मकान तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में चलते हुये गुरूद्वारे की दुकानों तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में कैथल चौंक तक, तत्पष्चात कैथल चौंक से सफीदों रोड के साथ-साथ पष्चिम दिषा में डेहा बस्ती तक, तत्पष्चात डेहा बस्ती से बालाजी मन्दिर तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में देवा सिंह के मकान के साथ-साथ चलते हुये पूर्व दिषा में मनजीत के मकान के सामने तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में न्यू एम.सी. लिमिट के बाईपास को पार करके पष्चिम दिषा में डेरा सतनाम सिंह की तरफ चलते हुये गुजराखिया रोड तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में जीन्द रोड पर डेरा कंधारा सिंह के साथ-साथ पूर्व दिषा में बाईपास तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में कैथल रोड चलते हुये वाटर वर्क्स तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व दिषा में गुलषन छाबड़ा से पप्पु छाबड़ा वर्क्स तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में चलते हुये बूस्टर पम्प के सामने से राम की चक्की तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। ़
वार्ड नं0 17ः- न्यू बाईपास रोड से आरम्भ होकर पष्चिम-दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुये कैथल रोड़ से ढोल चौंक तक, तत्पष्चात ढोल चौंक से बाल्मिकी चौपाल, तत्पष्चात बाल्मिकी चौपाल से पीर तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुये फुला बाल्मिकी के मकान के साथ-साथ राम की चक्की तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में बुस्टर पम्प के साथ-साथ कैथल रोड तक, तत्पष्चात कैथल रोड पर पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुये बुलेट की ऐजैन्सी के साथ-साथ वाटर वर्क्स तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुये बाईपास रोड से जीन्द रोड तक, तत्पष्चात न्यू एम.सी. लिमिट तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में डेरा हरभजन सिंह (कैथल रोड) तक, तत्पष्चात पूर्व दिषा में बाईपास रोड़ पर चलते हुये मुंड रोड को पार करके बाईपास तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दुु है।

No. 52/56/2021-3C1.— In pursuance of the provisions of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification No. 52/56/2021-2C1, dated 20th August, 2021 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Assandh, District – Karnal as under:-
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
Ward No. 01:- Starting from Kaithal Bypass Road towards North East (Dhol Chowk) and going on Bypass Road to the junction of Gali Balmiki Temple, thence passing through Valmiki Temple, taking a right in East Direction to pound, thence from pound in East direction to Kashyap Choupal, thence from Kashyap Choupal to North East direction passing through till Dada Kheda Gate, thence turning to the right side and going along the street of Dada Khede to the confluence of Harijan Chaupal, then turning to the right from Harijan Chaupal confluence and going along the house of Gurudev S/o Hawa Singh to the confluence of Man Singh's chakki, then turning to the right starting with Jeet S/o Nihalaram till the confluence of Balmiki Basti, then turning to the right from Valmiki Chaupal and going along the street from the house of Balwan S/o Sharup to the Primary School, thence Rakesh S/o Rula Ram (Primary School) turning to the right of the street and going along the house of Santro W/o Raghubir Singh to the confluence of the street, then turning to the right, Raj Kumar S/o Mamuram starting from Balmiki Mohalla and going along the street till Kaithal Road Bypass Dhol Chowk, which is the starting point.
Ward No. 02:- Starting from Dada Kheda Thorgiri in North West direction and going along the said street till the confluence of the Jhimar street, then going along the said street till the point of the old Gurudwara and going along with the house of Krishna Nai Turning left side in West direction to the confluence of Pir Wali gali, thence going along the said street to the confluence of Valmiki and turning to the right from Mansingh ki Chakki starting from the house of Raghubir's S/o Jaganram and going along the street of Budhi Mata to the house of Dundi Ram.
