(EXTRA.), NOV. 3, 2021 (KRTK. 12, 1943 SAKA) पूर्व :- बिन्दु 'एल' से प्रारम्भ करते हुये जैसा कि नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है आयत संख्या 13, 28, 35, 55, 62, 83, 88, 110, 112 जो कि गांव वैदवाला तथा आयत संख्या 58, 59, 60, 77 और 78 की पूर्वी सीमा पर गांव वैदवाला की हदबस्त पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एम' तक जो कि गांव खैरपुर आयत संख्या 78 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना है तदउपरान्त बिन्दु 'एम' से आयत संख्या 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165 की उत्तरी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एन' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 165 का उत्तरी पूर्वी कोना है जो कि बाईपास के साथ लगता है ओर गांव वैदवाला की रकबा में पड़ता है। तत्पष्चात बिन्दु 'एन' से आयत संख्या 165, 6, 21, 22, 23 की पूर्वी सीमा से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'ओ' तक जैसे की नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है जो कि गांव बाजेकां आयत संख्या 23 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना है।
दक्षिण :- बिन्दु 'ओ' से प्रारम्भ करते हुये जैसा कि नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है मुरब्बा नम्बर 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 (गांव बजेकां) तथा आयत संख्या 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'पी' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 16 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है और गांव कंगनपुर का रकबा है। तत्पष्चात आयत संख्या 34, 36, 53, 56, 70, 73 (गांव कंगनपुर) तथा आयत संख्या 14, 33, 43, 66 (गांव शाहपुर बेगू) की पूर्वी सीमा पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'क्यू' तक जो कि आयत सख्ंया 43 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना है। तत्पष्चात आयत संख्या 66, 67, 68, 69 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'आर' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 69 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है जो गांव शाहपुर बेगू में पड़ता है। तत्पष्चात् आयत संख्या 69 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'आर-1' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 40 का उत्तरी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात् आयत संख्या 98, 99, 100, 101 तथा 96 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर पश्चिमी की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एस' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 96 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है, जो कि गांव खाजाखेड़ा का रकबा है। तत्पष्चात आयत संख्या 96, 85, 74, 61, 50, 37 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'टी' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 37 का उत्तरी पश्चिमी कोना है, जो कि गांव खाजा खेड़ा का रकबा है। तदउपरान्त बिन्दु 'टी' से आयत संख्या 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर पूर्व की ओर चतले हुए बिन्दु 'यू' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 18 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है जो कि गांव खाजाखेड़ा का रकबा है जो गांव रामनगरिया की सीमा को मिलता है। तत्पष्चात आयत संख्या 28, 46 की पूर्वी सीमा पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दू 'वी' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 28, 46 तथा 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 बिन्दु 'वी' तक जो कि गांव रामनगरियां का आयत संख्या 53 का दक्षिणी पश्चिमी कोना है ।
पश्चिम :- बिन्दु 'वी' से प्रारम्भ करते हुये जैसा कि नक्शे में दर्शाया गया है आयत संख्या 53, 39, 35, 36, 37, 18, 17, 2 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उतर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'डब्लयु' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 2 का उत्तरी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात बिन्दु आयत संख्या 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 के उत्तरी सीमा के पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एक्स' तक जो कि गांव रामनगरिया आयत संख्या 7 का उत्तरी पूर्वी कोना है। तत्पष्चात् आयत संख्या 124, 118, 105 तथा 100 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'वाई' तक जो कि शमशाहबाद पट्टी आयत संख्या 100 का उत्तरी पश्चिमी कोना है तत्पष्चात आयत संख्या 100 की उत्तरी सीमा से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'जेड' तक जो कि गांव शमशाहबाद आयत संख्या 101 का उतरी पश्चिमी कोना है। तत्पष्चात आयत संख्या 86, 80, 66, 58, 43, 31 की पश्चिमी सीमा पर उतर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'ए' तक जो कि गांव शमशाहबाद आयत संख्या 31 का उत्तरी पश्चिमी कोना है।

The 3rd November, 2021
No. 52/73/2021-2C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intention to include the revenue area of villages Chattargath Patti, Khairpur, Vaidwala, Bajekan. Kanganpur, Shahpur Begu, Khajakhera and Ram Nagaria as mentioned in the schedule of boundaries in the limits of Municipal Council, Sirsa, District Sirsa and the boundaries now proposed are as specified in the Schedule given below, namely:-
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with any objection or suggestion, if any, in writing through Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa to the Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department, Chandigarh from any person with respect to the draft of notification before the expiry of the period so specified.

NORTH
