संख्या 12/157/2020-5क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2), धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 12/157/2020-5क1, दिनांक 10 नवम्बर, 2020 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन, इसके द्वारा, सदस्यों के प्रयोजन के लिए 15 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, कुण्डली, जिला - सोनीपत की सीटें निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैंः-
15 वार्डों में से 03 वार्ड, क्रम संख्या 10, 11 व 12 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 12 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होंगे। वार्ड संख्या 07 व 15 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 06, 09, 13 व 14 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 12/157/2020-5C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 9, Sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4), (7), (8) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and Rule 7 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana, in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 12/157/2020-5C1, dated 10th November, 2020 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, hereby allots the seats of Municipal Committee, Kundli, District - Sonipat amongst 15 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows:–
Out of 15 wards, 03 wards viz. ward numbers 10, 11 and 12 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 12 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 07 and 15 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and ward numbers 06, 09, 13 and 14 shall be reserved for Women.
