हरियाणा परिवार पहचान प्राधिकरण

संख्या.एच.पी.पी.ए.-1/10/21-02.— हरियाणा परिवार पहचान अधिनियम 2021 (2021 का अधिनियम संख्या 20) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा परिवार पहचान प्राधिकरण इसके द्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि परिवार पहचान संख्या नीचे निर्दिष्ट नमूने के अनुसार आठ अक्षरांकीय वर्णों का एक या–च्छिक सेट होगा :-
1. पहला वर्ण 1 से 9 तक का अंक होगा; 2. अगले तीन वर्णों में से प्रत्येक अंग्रेजी वर्णमाला का अपर केस में एक अक्षर होगा; 3. आगे के तीन वर्णों में से प्रत्येक 0 से 9 तक का अंक होगा; 4. और अंतिम वर्ण जांचयोग होगा;

No. HPPA-1/10/21-02.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Act, 2021 (Act No. 20 of 2021), the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority hereby notifies that the Parivar Pehchan number shall be a random set of eight alpha numeric characters following the pattern specified below:-
(i) the first character shall be a digit from 1 to 9; (ii) each of the next three characters shall be an alphabet of English language in upper case; (iii) each of the further three characters shall be a digit from 0 to 9; (iv) and the last character shall be a checksum.
