हरियाणा परिवार पहचान प्राधिकरण

संख्या.एच.पी.पी.ए.1/10/21-03.— हरियाणा परिवार पहचान अधिनियम 2021 (2021 का 20) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा परिवार पहचान प्राधिकरण परिवार सूचना डाटा कोष में सूचना की निरंतर यथार्थता और विश्वसनीयता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इसके द्वारा अपेक्षा करता है कि परिवार पहचान संख्या धारकों को अधिनियम की धारा 3 के प्रावधानों के तहत प्रदान की गई सूचना को इस तरह की घटना की स्थिति में तीस दिनों के अन्दर अद्यतन या संशोधित करना होगा :
1. परिवार में किसी सदस्य का जन्म या मृत्यु;
2. शादी के कारण सदस्य परिवार से अलग हो जाता है;
3. एक व्यक्ति शादी के कारण परिवार का सदस्य बन जाता है;
4. उपरोक्त वर्णित कारण के अलावा किसी अन्य कारण से परिवार की संरचना में कोई परिवर्तन;
5. अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत अधिसूचित किसी भी डाटा क्षेत्र में परिवार के मुखिया या उसके किसी सदस्य के संबंध में कोई परिवर्तन;
6. संशोधन या आगे अद्यतन करने के लिए अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) के तहत प्राप्त कोई भी सूचना।
इसके अलावा, इस तरह की अद्यतन या संशोधित सूचना, जैसा कि धारा 7 के तहत अपेक्षित है, को अधिनियम की धारा 4 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सत्यापित किया जाएगा। 459 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., JULY 5, 2022 (ASAR. 14, 1944 SAKA) [PART III

No. HPPA-1/10/21-03.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Act, 2021 (20 of 2021), the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority for ensuring the continued accuracy and reliability of the information in the Family Information Data Repository hereby requires the Parivar Pehchan number holders to update or correct the information provided under the provisions of Section 3 of the Act, within thirty days of such occurrence, in the event of:
(i) birth or death of a member in the family;
(ii) member leaving the family on account of marriage;
(iii) a person becoming member of the family on account of marriage;
(iv) any change in family structure due to any reason other than aforementioned;
(v) any data field notified under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Act undergoes change with respect to head of the family or any member thereof;
(vi) any communication received under sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Act for correction or further updation.
Further, such updated or corrected information as required under Section 7 shall be verified as per the provisions of Section 4 of the Act.
