Notification
The 24th November, 2021
No. PF-16(B)/2021/29819.— The following draft of rules further to amend the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) read with sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975), is hereby published as required under sub-section (1) of the said section, for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the following draft of rules shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received in writing by the Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Town and Country Planning Department, Chandigarh from any person in respect to the draft of rules before the expiry of the period so specified.
Draft Rules
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Third Amendment) Rules, 2021.
2. In the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Rules, 1976, in rule 30, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) The memorandum of appeal shall bear a court fee stamp of two thousand rupees.".
